Store layout is wide open and welcoming. The staff were nice. They helped me figure out an issue with my account and coupon codes. Clearance section had great shoes on sale.
Overall nice place to visit. Staff are kind and the store itself is clean and sort of laid out nicely. My biggest gripe was that someone else had changed out the tags on the clearance shoes and they wanted to charge us more for shoes that were marked for less. So we ended up not getting the shoes we wanted because of some else's stupidity in changing the tags to make the shoes look cheaper than what they were.
